1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gpirya. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and gpirya (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gpirya website located at gpirya.net and all associated services, including but not limited to the online sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo, and sabong sections.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager — whether as a guest or a registered user — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the gpirya platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to gpirya is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the minimum age requirements applicable to online gaming under Philippine regulatory guidelines. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of gpirya is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. gpirya is operated with the Philippine market as its primary target audience. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited bear full legal responsibility for doing so.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on gpirya. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a violation of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. gpirya reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gpirya username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gpirya will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, transactions, and actions performed through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify gpirya's support team immediately via the live chat function available on-site.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gpirya is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of our KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal and deposit functions until verification is satisfied.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gpirya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, after providing advance notice to the registered email address on file.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

gpirya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). gpirya does not currently accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are reflected in your gpirya wallet balance almost immediately upon successful transfer confirmation from the e-wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method and are communicated clearly at the point of withdrawal request. gpirya does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts not registered under your name.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered during deposit and withdrawal requests. gpirya will not be liable for funds lost or delayed as a result of incorrect payment information provided by you.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction values displayed on gpirya are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to accounts registered in the Philippines.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on gpirya are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General sportsbook rules, live betting rules, and casino game rules are published within each respective section of the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the platform. gpirya reserves the right to decline, void, or reverse any bet that was accepted due to an obvious error in odds, a technical malfunction, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. gpirya reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion where there is evidence of professional or systematic betting that poses a material risk to the platform.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the specified minimum period; an obvious pricing error was present at the time of bet placement; or the applicable event or game rules specify conditions under which the bet is void. Void bets are returned to your account balance in full.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events across gpirya's sportsbook. Odds on live markets update in real time and are subject to suspension at any moment during an event. Bets are not accepted during periods when odds are suspended. It is your responsibility to ensure your intended bet has been confirmed before assuming it has been accepted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

gpirya offers various promotions, bonuses, and free bet offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on gpirya are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. gpirya reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has attempted to manipulate the bonus terms or claimed the same offer through multiple accounts.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gpirya platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on gpirya.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain without reporting them to gpirya.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools or restrictions applied to your account.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your registered account in any capacity.

8. Responsible Gaming

gpirya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our platform. We recognise that while gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of our users, a minority may experience difficulties that require intervention. Our responsible gaming framework is embedded into the platform and available to all registered players aged 21 and above.

8.1 Available Tools

The following tools are accessible from your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gpirya platform — including but not limited to the gpirya brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the property of gpirya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gpirya platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any gpirya content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any gpirya software; or use gpirya's name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of gpirya's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gpirya, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of service.

The gpirya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or service interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, gpirya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by gpirya

gpirya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our reasonable judgement that: you have violated any provision of this Agreement; your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; you have failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, your balance will be frozen and inaccessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11.2 Termination by User

You may close your gpirya account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and your balance has been withdrawn. gpirya will not be responsible for balances abandoned in accounts closed without a prior withdrawal request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. gpirya operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as it applies to online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the gpirya platform shall first be referred to gpirya's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gpirya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, we may also notify registered users via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the gpirya platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account and cease use of the platform before the effective date of the changes.
